Ultra Gentle Cleanser (AM + PM)
Massage a small amount onto damp skin for 30–60 seconds using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water - never hot, which triggers additional oil production. Pat dry with a clean towel.
8% Mandelic Serum (PM only to start)
Apply 2–3 drops to dry skin after cleansing. Allow 60–90 seconds dwell time before the next step. Begin with 3 evenings per week for the first 2 weeks, then increase to nightly as tolerance builds. Morning use can be introduced after 4 weeks if skin adapts well - always follow with SPF.
Light Aloe Moisturizer (AM + PM)
Apply a pea-sized amount as the final step. In the morning, follow with a non-comedogenic SPF 30+ - mandelic acid increases photosensitivity and sun protection is non-negotiable during active exfoliant use.
Synergy note: This routine is intentionally minimal - resist adding additional actives (retinol, vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide) during the first 4–6 weeks so the skin can acclimate and results can be clearly tracked.
