Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Free on $50+ US orders 

  • Standard delivery within 2-8 business days after fulfillment.
  • $7.95 flat rate for orders less than $50 (except Hawaii, Alaska, New Mexico)

Hawaii & Alaska Shipping 

  • $9.95 flat rate for all orders to Hawaii, Alaska states. 
  • Delivery time to Hawaii, Alaska states may take up to 14 days.

Canada Shipping 

  • Standard delivery within 3-10 business days.
  • $23.95 flat rate for orders less $200

 

Shipping Restrictions

Refused Packages

A $10 Non-Delivery Fee in US, shipping label cost for large/ heavy orders, and $20 in Canada will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from store credit.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout (including apartment/suite number). Orders can be edited or canceled within 45 minutes of purchase by emailing hello@skinlovecream.com with the subject “URGENT: Address Change” and your order number. After 45 minutes, orders enter processing and cannot be intercepted, edited, or canceled.
Skin Love Cream is not responsible for misdelivery, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Policy Addition for Chargebacks & Customer Violations

1. Failed Delivery & Abandoned Packages Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available for delivery or to pick up the package from the carrier within the specified timeframe. If the carrier is unable to deliver due to the recipient’s absence, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, and the package is returned to us, the following charges will apply:

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the order total to cover handling, lost sales time, and processing costs.
  • Shipping costs, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
  • If the package is lost or discarded by the carrier due to non-collection, no refunds will be issued.

2. Large Order Handling & Non-Refundable Costs Policy

Orders over $1,000 or 50 units of a single SKU require explicit written confirmation before shipping. If a large order is not accepted or retrieved from the carrier, it is subject to:

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the total order value.
  • Deduction of all shipping fees, including return shipping, from the refund.
  • Additional administrative fees for processing returns on large orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed. Large orders fulfillment may take up 4 weeks. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business days - Tuesday. Our distribution partner is following all the recommended guidelines from state and local authorities regarding COVID-19.


Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days, to Canada within 1-7 business days. Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays.

Skin Love Cream is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

International shipping 
Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Be aware that these extra charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.


United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.

UPS

UPS is not delivering to PO Boxes. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via UPS.


DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. These items cannot ship via Expedited Shipping or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).

 

Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the third-party shipping carrier, Skin Love Cream considers the delivery complete. This includes cases where we receive:

  • Photographic proof of delivery provided by the carrier.
  • GEO/GPS location data confirming delivery to the provided address.
  • A confirmation of successful delivery from the shipping carrier.

Any claims regarding order discrepancies, incorrect items, or missing products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


No Refunds or Replacements:

In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Please note that Skin Love Cream is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mistakenly taken after delivery is confirmed to the address provided at checkout. We recommend ensuring the shipping address is secure and accurate and retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
