Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
You have the flexibility to make adjustments to your auto-replenishment plan. You can cancel your auto-replenishment after at least one auto-delivery following your initial order. If you wish to cancel your subscription before receiving your first subscription delivery, you will need to cover the price difference for the product you've already received. Additionally, you can update your delivery address, postpone your delivery by up to two consecutive months, and make changes to your payment details—all conveniently accessible within your Account section.
Please note: All subscription orders already include built-in discounts based on the delivery frequency selected. Because of this, subscription pricing cannot be combined with any additional promotions, discount codes, or special offers.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription after one auto-delivery order at any time before the next billing date through their account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@skinlovecream.com
Once an order has been billed or is in processing status, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as fulfillment begins automatically with our warehouse partner.
Cancellation requests submitted after the order is placed or processed will take effect for the next billing cycle only.
By completing a subscription purchase, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
Skin Love Cream is not responsible for disputes or chargebacks resulting from unsubmitted or late cancellation requests. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout and are considered valid once tracking information is issued.
Subscription Order Return
All subscription orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the recurring nature of subscription services and the advance allocation of inventory, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these orders.
To ensure transparency and provide flexibility, customers receive a notification prior to each upcoming subscription order.This allows ample time to review, modify, or cancel the subscription as needed.
