Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
You have the flexibility to make adjustments to your auto-replenishment plan. You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time. You can also update your delivery address, postpone your delivery by up to two consecutive months, and update your payment details — all accessible within your Account section.
Please note: All subscription orders already include built-in discounts based on the delivery frequency selected. Because of this, subscription pricing cannot be combined with any additional promotions, discount codes, or special offers.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the Subscriptions section.

Already-Placed Orders
Once an order has been placed or is in processing status, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All subscription orders are fulfilled automatically by our third-party warehouse partner, and processing begins immediately upon billing.
If you believe an order was placed in error, you may submit a cancellation request to hello@skinlovecream.com — however, emailing a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be fulfilled as placed.
Upcoming Order Notifications
We send a reminder email 24 hours before each upcoming order is charged. This gives you time to review, modify, skip, or cancel before the order is placed. Once the order is billed, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription Order Returns
All subscription orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the recurring nature of subscription services and advance inventory allocation, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these orders.
By completing a subscription purchase, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
Skin Love Cream is not responsible for disputes or chargebacks resulting from late or unsubmitted cancellation requests. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout and are considered valid once tracking information is issued.
