Yes, existing THE LONGUE CLUB Rewards members can refer a friend who has never shopped at Skin Love Cream. To refer a friend, visit our Reward Program page or Your Loyalty Hub page and copy/send referral link. They will receive an email inviting them to shop with us and $25 off their first order. They will need to set up an account at that time. Once they make their first purchase, you will receive a $25 discount code in your email. These codes cannot be combined with other codes.

Points remain active as long as your account remains active. If there is a long period without activity, points may expire according to program rules.

If an order that earned points is returned or refunded, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance.

Points are usually added automatically after a purchase is completed while logged into your account. If you believe points are missing, please contact our support team and we will review your order.

These are special promotional days when you can earn extra rewards points on your purchases. During Double Points Days you will receive 2 points for every dollar spent, and during Triple Points Days you will receive 3 points per dollar. Eligible tiers receiving double or triple points may vary depending on the promotion. You will receive an email notification when a Double or Triple Points promotion is active.

You will receive an email with a discount code on your birthday. Enter this code at checkout to redeem your reward online. This code cannot be combined with other discount codes.
