This formula goes to the source: DHA and EPA drawn from a wild heirloom strain of Schizochytrium algae off the coast of Nova Scotia, water-extracted and bottled in UV-protective glass to preserve potency from the moment it's made to the moment it reaches your cells.

DHA is the dominant structural fat in the human brain, making up roughly 15–20% of total brain fatty acids. EPA contributes a distinct anti-inflammatory role, helping regulate prostaglandin pathways that influence joint comfort, muscle recovery, and cardiovascular function. But what sets this formula apart is what surrounds the omega-3s: Icelandic astaxanthin - CO₂-extracted from Haematococcus pluvialis - one of nature's most potent fat-soluble antioxidants, shown to cross both the blood-brain and retinal barriers. Organic sea buckthorn brings omega-7 fatty acids for skin barrier nourishment, while evening primrose delivers GLA to support hormonal skin balance. Phosphatidylcholine enhances fatty acid uptake at the cellular membrane level.

Daily Dose: 14 pumps (approx. 2 mL) per day. Shake the bottle gently before each use.
How to take it: Pump directly onto a spoon and swallow, or stir into a small amount of water, a smoothie, or a cold beverage. Do not mix into hot liquids - heat can degrade omega-3 fatty acids.
Timing: Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. For best absorption of fat-soluble compounds (DHA, astaxanthin, sea buckthorn), taking alongside a meal containing some healthy fat can further enhance uptake.
