Take 1 capsule daily, ideally on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning or before bed) - this timing allows live cultures to move through the stomach with less acid interference.

Allow 3–4 weeks of consistent use before expecting noticeable shifts in digestion, as the microbiome needs time to rebalance.
