Take 1 capsule daily, ideally on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning or before bed) - this timing allows live cultures to move through the stomach with less acid interference.
Take at the same time each day to build a consistent microbial environment, since probiotics work through sustained colonization, not single doses.
Allow 3–4 weeks of consistent use before expecting noticeable shifts in digestion, as the microbiome needs time to rebalance.
