Apply a liberal amount of body cream or oil to clean, dry skin first - the tool needs slip to glide properly and avoid tugging.
Hold the tool at a slight angle and use firm, upward and outward strokes, always moving in the direction of the heart to support lymphatic flow.
Focus on target areas - abdomen, arms, thighs, and buttocks - spending roughly 3–5 minutes per section.
Use daily or every other day as part of a consistent body routine; consistency matters more than pressure.
