1. Relax your face by performing a deep massage of the inter-brow area: using the pads of your two index fingers, make simultaneous lateral crossing movements.

2. Using the pad of your index finger, apply pressure under the eye, from the inside to the outside, following the bone. Then apply
pressure on the arch of the eyebrow, from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.

3. Slide the pad of your index finger along your wrinkles, alternating between light and deep pressure and holding the tissue with your other hand. For the wrinkles around the eyes and the nasolabial folds, apply pressure from the inside to the outside of the face.
