Michele Corley Licorice Root Additive

Licorice Root is a versatile botanical, containing glycosides such as glycyrrhizin and glycyrrizinic acid, as well as triterpene saponins and flavonoids. Ongoing research suggests that Licorice Root Extract may have a calming effect on eczema. Studies have also demonstrated its potential for skin brightening, due to the presence of liquiritin and isoliquertin flavonoids that disperse melanin and promote more balanced pigmentation.

• Glycrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract: An ultra calming and skin brightening herb.

• Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower Extract: An anti-inflammatory that helps alleviate and prevent irritated skin.

Apply 1-3 drops as an additive to cleansers, masks, moisturizers or as desired.
