Key ingredients:

How to use

After cleansing with appropriate PCA Skin cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

The smell is so-so, that's why I give it 4 stars. But the cleansing properties of the toner are incredible. Perfectly cleans pores and does not tighten it. Moisturizes well. And it doesn't irritate it either, so it's great for sensitive skin like I have)
