Research shows that microchanneling at this depth enhances the penetration of topical actives significantly beyond surface application, making the serum you apply immediately after far more effective than if used alone.

The Le Mieux Hyaluronic Serum delivers five distinct forms of Hyaluronic Acid and Sodium Hyaluronate - from large-molecule surface-plumping to low-molecular-weight variants that penetrate deeper layers - alongside Vitamin E (Tocotrienol), Vitamin B5 (Panthenol), Rice Bran Water, and four botanical extracts including Green Tea and Ginkgo Biloba. Together, they restore moisture at every level of the skin while calming inflammation and supporting long-term barrier resilience.

Preparation (Before Every Session)
Soak the Microchannel Roller in isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly under hot water to remove all alcohol residue before it contacts your skin. Cleanse the face with a gentle cleanser - double-cleanse if wearing SPF or makeup. Pat skin completely dry.
Step 1 - Prime with the Le Mieux Hyaluronic Serum (Pre-Roll)
Apply 3–4 drops of the Le Mieux Hyaluronic Serum to the treatment area and allow it to partially absorb for 30 seconds. This creates a slip layer that allows the roller to glide smoothly, reduces friction, and begins delivering hydration to the surface immediately.
Step 2 - Roll
Using gentle, even pressure, roll horizontally, vertically, and diagonally (an "X + cross" motion) with 4–5 passes in each direction. Maintain consistent speed and light pressure - no dragging or pressing down firmly.

Treat the face, neck, décolletage, under-eye area, and backs of hands.
Use a lighter touch around the lips and under-eye area.

Step 3 - Seal with Serum (Post-Roll)
Immediately apply a second generous layer of the Le Mieux Hyaluronic Serum to all treated areas. At this point the microchannels are open and absorption is significantly enhanced - this is the most impactful application of the session. Allow to absorb fully. Do not rinse.
Step 4 - Finish
Follow with your regular moisturizer or barrier cream to seal in the hydration. On evenings when you roll, skip additional actives (retinol, AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin C) to avoid overstimulating the skin.
Frequency

Optimal Protocol: 3 sessions per week.
Daily: Safe at 0.25mm depth, though 3x weekly allows recovery-supported renewal for best long-term results.
After professional microneedling: Rest 3–5 days before resuming home rolling sessions.

Aftercare
Avoid direct sun exposure for 24 hours post-treatment. Always apply broad-spectrum SPF the morning after every session.
Roller Care
Sanitize in alcohol before and after each use. Replace the roller after approximately 10-15 uses to maintain needle sharpness and hygiene.
