After charging tool, apply a skincare product. Press and hold Power On button. Select mode, then glide the tool gently in 1 direction along Meridian lines for 5-10 minutes using Meridian points as reference.

Ensure the heating function feels comfortable on skin. Discontinue use if uncomfortable. For best results, advanced education on gua sha massage is recommended.
