1. Choose either the short strap or the long strap, depending on where you plan to use the device.
• Short strap: best for arms or legs
• Long strap: best for waist or torso
2. Clip the Recovery Loop pod into the appropriate strap eyelet.
• The velcro side of the strap faces outward
• The smooth side rests directly against the skin
3. Adjust and fasten the strap so the Recovery Loop pod sits securely in place.
• It should be snug enough not to slip while you move
4. Turn on the device and use for 20 minutes.
• After each session, move the pod to another area in need of relief
