Step 1: Apply your favorite SEEN product of choice: Shampoo, Conditioner, or Restore Scalp Serum.

Step 2: Holding the massager in the palm of your hand, gently press and massage. Can be used on wet or dry hair, with or without product.

Step 3: Rinse the massager in cool water and hang to dry.
