This active toner was developed in 2005 to help target pro-youth skin for those with adult acne breakouts and combination skin needing a stronger approach. Its formulation helps reduce cellular buildup and bacteria, balance lipids and infuse the skin with potent antioxidants. The ingredients provide an increase in firmness and antioxidant protection.

Dispense 1 pump onto gauze or cotton pad and apply to
