Regenerating Shampoo with Prickly Pear Oil: On wet hair, lather well, then rinse thoroughly.

Regenerating Mask with Prickly Pear Oil: Apply a small amount to wet hair. Gently massage from scalp to ends, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Regenerating Serum with Prickly Pear Oil: Distribute a small amount daily through the lengths of towel-dried or dry hair.
