aAfter cleansing and toning skin, apply a thin layer over face and neck at night. Follow with a Bioelements moisturizer. Can be applied nightly. If skin is more sensitive, apply 1-3 times weekly at night.

• Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing
• Limit sun exposure while using this product and for one week afterwardsTo use as a scrub, apply to clean, moist skin and gently massage. Rinse off with water. Avoid getting into eyes.

To use as a mask, apply to clean skin and let dry. Wet fingertips and massage gently to soften mask. Rinse off with water.

Follow with a Bioelements moisturizer or sunscreen. Use up to 3 times a week.
